End User Licence Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Ubicolor Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our AI Squad application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not download, install or use the App.

1. Subscription

The App requires a subscription to use. By subscribing to the App, you acknowledge and agree that you will be charged the subscription fee as stated on the App Store, and that the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in the App Store.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App is owned by us and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

1. Restrictions

You may not, under any circumstances:

(a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any portion thereof;

(b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App or any portion thereof;

(c) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;

(d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on or in the App;

(e) use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the App;

(f) interfere with the proper functioning of the App;

(g) use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

1. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
