Overview

ClusterSwipe is an iPhone photo cleaning app published by Ubicolor. It helps you review and manage photos on your device. We do not sell personal data.

Photo Library Access

ClusterSwipe requests access to your photo library so the app can show, group, review, and help you manage photos you choose to make available to it. Your photo library remains controlled by iOS permissions, and you can change or revoke access in iOS Settings.

When you delete photos through ClusterSwipe, deletion is handled through the standard iOS photo library controls. Deleted items may remain recoverable for a period of time in Apple's Recently Deleted area, depending on your iOS settings and Apple Photos behavior.

Information We Collect

ClusterSwipe does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details inside the app.

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or bug reports. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase status information needed to unlock paid features, handle restore purchases, and support purchase-related requests.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

ClusterSwipe does not sell personal data or use personal data for third-party advertising. If a future version adds analytics, diagnostics, or crash reporting that changes what data is collected, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before that data is collected.

Third Parties

ClusterSwipe relies on Apple platform services such as iOS photo library permissions, Apple Photos behavior, App Store distribution, and in-app purchase processing. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Support messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain records, resolve issues, and meet legal or operational requirements. You can ask us to delete support correspondence linked to your email address.

Children

ClusterSwipe is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a support request, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy as ClusterSwipe changes. The latest version will remain available at this page.
