What does Ubicolor do?
Ubicolor is a technology partner for UK small businesses. Based in Bath, we build fast websites, get businesses found on Google and in AI search, and automate the busywork with AI, so owners can focus on what they do best. Our services cover website design, SEO and local search, AI search visibility (GEO), AI automation, apps and custom software, and ongoing technology partnership.
Do you only work with businesses in Bath?
No. We're based in Bath and happy to meet local businesses in person, but we work with small businesses across the UK over video calls.
How much does it cost?
The Online Visibility Check-up for local trades businesses is £195 one-off. Websites start from £1,495, local SEO from £395/month, AI automation from £495 and care plans from £59/month. Every project gets one fixed price before work starts, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Full details are on our pricing page.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That's the point. We explain everything in plain English, handle the technical side end to end, and only recommend what will make a real difference to your business.
How are you different from a web design agency?
You work directly with a senior engineer with 12+ years' experience, including an app featured by Apple and augmented reality work for Nike and Speedo. There are no account managers, no juniors and no bloated retainers. And we cover more than websites: search, AI and automation too.
What is GEO, and does my business need it?
GEO (generative engine optimisation) makes your business visible in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. If your customers research before they buy, it's quickly becoming as important as Google rankings.
Do I own everything you build?
Yes. Your domain, code, content and accounts are yours. If you ever want to move on, we hand everything over. There's no lock-in.
What happens after launch?
You can take it from there, or keep us on as your technology partner for a monthly fee: website care, security, improvements, visibility tracking and a senior expert on call.
