Below Brew Co is an independent alcohol-free craft brewery in Bath. The challenge

Customer records lived in one tool, invoices and payments in another, and conversations in email. Keeping regular customers stocked up and noticing who had stopped ordering meant hopping between tabs, and the personal follow-ups that build loyalty for an independent brand took time the team didn't have.

What we built

Rather than adding yet another subscription, we built a bespoke Mac app around how the team already works. It connects to the CRM, accounting software and email they already use, puts every customer and their order history on one dashboard, and turns a customer's last purchase into a personal email in one click.
